BiographyMonte Blue, born Gerard Montgomery Blue, was an American film actor beginning in the silent film era who continued acting into sound motion pictures. He worked a variety of odd jobs before his first movie where he was a stuntman and extra in 1915. He gradually moved to supporting roles before earning lead roles.
