DescriptionThis deed is attributed to Nieves Montoya and Higinio Cordova in Sandoval County, Territory of New Mexico. The paper is cream colored and there is an embossed stamp on the front page. The text is entirely in Spanish except for the front page which is in English and states "Spanish Warranty Deed". On the front page there is also a line where the name "Bernalillo" has been crossed out and replaced with "Sandoval". There is a mix of handwritten and printed black text, the handwritten text consists of signatures, dates, and one paragraph on the second page.
