DescriptionThis warranty deed is attributed to Liandro Griego and Vitor Sandoval in Sandoval County, New Mexico. The paper is cream colored with a few small tears on the edges. The deed is written in Spanish except for the front page which is written in English stating "Spanish Warranty Deed". There is black text that is in both printed cursive and handwritten notes and signatures. On two of the inside pages, the name "Bernalillo" and "Territorio" have been crossed out and replaced with a "Sandoval" and "Estado," respectively. There is also a large portion of handwriting on the second page, however the final page remains unsigned by the two persons.
