DescriptionThis deed is attributed to Donaciano Garcia and Napoleon Gutierrez . The deed mentions both Los Angeles, California and Sandoval County, New Mexico. The paper is cream colored with a border of two thin blue lines in-between two thin pink lines that run across all four edges of the paper. The deed is in Spanish, except for the first page with is English and states that this is a "Spanish Warranty Deed". The black text is a mix of handwritten and cursive print. Signatures and dates are handwritten, as well as one paragraph on the second page. There are also several places in the text where the name "Bernalillo" has been crossed out and replaced with "Sandoval", and one place where "Nuevo Mexico" was replaced with "California".
