DescriptionThis is a 46-page manual for how to use a pressure cooker written in Spanish. It contains information about how to use the pressure cooker for canning meat; which cuts of meats to use; and recipes. The front cover of the manual is missing and the bottom left corner of the first page has been torn off. The paper is a peach color with several stains throughout and all the printed text is in black. There are handwritten notes in pencil around the top and right side margins of the page, also in Spanish. The back page of the book has also been heavily stained and has tears around the edges. The printed text is in black and takes up the majority of the page. The page has a list of altitudes for different towns, including counties, around New Mexico. At the top of the page is a note that reads "New Mexico Extension Circular No. 133". There are also handwritten notes in pencil at the top margin of the page.On View
