DescriptionThis warranty deed is attributed to Evaristo Griego and Higinio Cordova and was granted to them by Bernalillo County in the then Territory of New Mexico. The paper is cream colored with a border of two thin blue lines and two thin pink lines on either side of the blue. The border runs along all four sides of the paper. The deed is written entirely in spanish, only the front cover is in English which states that it is a "Spanish Warranty Deed". The black text is a mix of cursive print and handwritten signatures and dates. There are also handwritten notes on the second inside page.On View
