DescriptionThis deed is written on cream colored paper with black writing printed and typewritten with handwritten signatures and dates. there is an attached form of brown paper with an indented seal stamped on reading "notary public". The deed contains land distribution for Hugo Schulte and family information as tenants on Lots 9 and 10, block 6, of the Romero Addition in Albuquerque. The printed text is in archaic font and there are two 50 cent stamps at the middle-lower section in red with white text on it and black handwritten text over the center. Former New Mexico Governor, called "Mayor," Clyde Tingley is a signed witness with the city clerk on this issue and the attached form on the bottom confirms Clyde Tingley's position as chairman of the city commission.On View
