DescriptionThis deed was attributed to Pablo Gutierrez and Ysidro Griego in Bernalillo County, Territory of New Mexico. The paper is a cream color and has stains around the top edges of the front page along with an embossed stamp. The deed is written entirely in Spanish with the exception of the first page which is in English and states that this is a "Spanish Warranty Deed". There is a mix of black handwritten and printed text, with handwritten text being signatures and dates, and a large paragraph on the second page.On View
