DescriptionThis black and white engineer's plat map shows Albuquerque's street improvements along East Central Avenue. It provides information on comparison cost for the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad property including price per foot of area paved, headers, and an intersection. First Street is situated on the left, Broadway on the right, and Central connects them horizontally through the center. The text and numbering are in black straight lines, and there are red lines to indicate marked distances on the map. City engineer was J.N. Gladding.
