DescriptionThis image depicts a small residential area at the Isleta Pueblo located two miles south of Albuquerque, New Mexico on Highway 85. An horno, an oven made of mud and straw, can be seen in the foreground on the left side of the frame. On the right side of the frame is a single-story adobe building. On the roof of the building is a large pile of drying corn stalks. A single doorway in an adobe wall, in the background, can be seen. Through the doorway a portion of a dirt courtyard can be seen.On View
