DescriptionThis image depicts the St. Augustine Church on the Isleta Pueblo located two miles south of Albuquerque, New Mexico on Highway 85. The roof of the church is made of dark and light-colored wood and has two steeples on either side of its pointed roof. The rest of the building is made of light-colored adobe. A large wooden cross can be seen on the roof's point. The front doors of the church are made of wood and has a window on each door. Two small children can be seen sitting by the doors while an older child can be seen leaning against the wall to the right side of the doorway. A large empty courtyard can be seen in front of the building and makes up the entire foreground.On View
