DescriptionThis image depicts a single llama in its enclosure at the Zoo in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The llama is facing the left side of the frame. It is in mid step with its front left foot in ahead of its front right foot. Its coat is fairly shaggy and is dark in color. The visible portions of the enclosure consist of a large dirt area connected to a large light colored brick building in the background. The building has a large opening for the animal to come in and out of. Near the right side of the frame is a large metal mesh fence that separates the llama pen from another pen. In the other pen, two bison can be partially seen laying on the ground facing the right side of the frame. On View
