DescriptionThis image depicts three European Fallow Deer in their enclosure at the Zoo in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The deer closest to the camera is a doe and it has its head lowered to the ground. The other two are very young. The young deer closest to the camera is looking directly at the camera while the one behind it is grazing. The two young deer are covered in white spots. The visible parts of their enclosure consist of a large dirt area covered in fallen leaves. The enclosure is surrounded by a metal mesh fence that is held up by large wooden fence posts. The top of the posts is painted a light color while the bottom is a darker color. Beyond the fence, in the background, is a large, raised, wooden feeding trough, and several large trees. Also, in the background is another fenced in enclosure. In this enclosure, near the left side of the frame, a bison is laying on the ground.
