DescriptionA group of three voting rights demonstrators huddle in the rain outside of the courthouse in Montgomery, Alabama in this black and white photograph. From left to right they are: a man wearing a sweater and black jacket, a woman wearing a sweater, and a man wearing glasses and a button-up shirt with a pen tucked in the front pocket. The woman in the middle appears to be the one holding a raincoat over the heads of the men beside her. They are all looking up towards the right side of the frame. Behind them, a few faces of other demonstrators with raincoat hoods over the heads are visible, but most are partially cut out of the frame. On View
