DescriptionMoon Motel and Café at 2318 West Central Avenue in Albuquerque, New Mexico. "For Reservations Phone 20944” is printed on the lower left corner of the postcard.The single-story motel has a neon sign in front with the name of the hotel as well as a "no vacancy" sign with the "no" part unlit. Various rooms along the sides of the building are visable.
Handwriting on the back, addressed to a cadet at New Mexico Military Institute, reads, “Mother wanted to Drive by Santa Fe yesterday so we didn’t get to Gallup as usual. Not much to Santa Fe. We are eating breakfast now in Albuquerque at 8:30am. Be on our way soon. Be good and we will see you soon. Mom & Dad.”
