DescriptionA single-story stucco house with a flat roof in New Mexico. The house has power lines leading from the left of the frame to attach to the side of the home. There are pine trees in the front yard. A front porch has vigas protruding from the roof. An empty lot is in the foreground and a low adobe wall stretches along the side of the house. A person stands on the front porch with their back toward the camera. Snowy mountains are in the background. Handwriting on the back reads, "Dear Folks: Do you recognize the house? Mr. Hunt takes lovely pictures. He enlarges too. It is a hobby of his. The day we were in Santa Fe w ewere right by St. Vincent's when the ambulance brought in the body of the man the policeman shot. The crowd stopped us a while but we didn't know how close we came to being in the shooting. Come and see us soon. Sincerely, Faye Prieto".On View
