DescriptionThe Albuquerque Truck Terminal, Inc. truck stop and Gulf gas and service station at 1501 North Second Street in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Three trucks hauling new cars are parked on the lot of the service station while cars and pickup trucks are parked along the curb of the paved street. A large "GULF" oil sign is near the entrance to the lot. A sign below the GULF sign reads, "Under new management". Printing on the front of the image reads, "ALBUQUERQUE TRUCK TERMINAL, INC. / 1501 NORTH SECOND / PHONES: 3-5275 & 2-0896 / CAFE OPEN 24 HOURS". Handwriting on the back reads, "Dear Mom and Dad, We just had breakfast at this place and on our way again. We plan to stop at the Grand Cannon [stet]. All is well. Love, Doris".On View
