DescriptionCarrie Tingley and her multi-colored Pit Bull Terrier dog, Smith (Smitty), sitting in a single horse-drawn buggy in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The horse is standing in profile facing the left of the frame. It is dark-colored and is wearing a bit, bridle, and harness which attaches it to the front of the buggy. Carrie is sitting in the buggy's seat with her legs crossed, smiling at the camera. She is wearing a dark-colored skirt, a light-colored long sleeved shirt, and a large flat-brimmed hat with decorations on the top. Smith is next to Carrie in the buggy, his front legs stretched and balancing on the buggy's front end. In the background is a wooden shed and a wooden fence.On View
