DescriptionSmith, a Pitbull terrier owned by Clyde and Carrie Tingley, rides a horse through open desert in New Mexico. The horse is standing in the left half of the frame at three-quarter profile facing outwards. It has a dark-colored coat with a small white diamond-shaped patch of fur on its forehead. The horse is wearing a bit, bridle, and saddle with stirrups. Smith is standing on all fours on the saddle seat. He is looking forward and holds the horse's reins in his mouth and has the leading rope around his neck.
