DescriptionThis image depicts a high angle shot of a single unidentified chef working in the kitchen of the Hilton Hotel at Second Street and Copper Avenue in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The kitchen consists of a large stove top, storage, a large metal food preparation area, and a rack of spoons hanging from the ceiling. Several large buckets can be seen sitting on the food prep area. Only the contents of one bucket are visible. This bucket is filled with foil wrapped baked potatoes. The chef is wearing a light-colored chef uniform and is stacking plates on the upper section of the food prep area. The floor of the kitchen is covered in light and dark colored tiles.
