DescriptionThis image depicts seven unidentified employees working in the kitchen area of the Hilton Hotel at Second Street and Copper Avenue in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The employees are separated by a large counter and food preparation area. On the right side of the counter are two men in light colored chef's uniforms. On the left side of the counter is a line of five women wearing light colored dresses. The woman closest to the camera is also wearing a hair net. The chefs are putting trays, small bowls, and plates of food onto the upper portion of the food preparation area. The food appears to be toast and coleslaw. One woman is reaching for a small bowl that is being handed to her by one of the chefs on the other side of the counter. A large rack of hanging metal spoons and pots can be seen on the ceiling above the workers.
