DescriptionThis image depicts a shot of six unidentified chef working in the kitchen of the Hilton Hotel at Second Street and Copper Avenue in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The kitchen consists of a large stove top, storage cabinets, and a rack of spoons and pots hanging from the ceiling. All of the chefs can be seen in the background while large piles of kitchen supplies can be seen in the foreground. These supplies consist of two large stacks of serving trays, several wire dishes drying racks, stacks of cups, plates, and bowls, dish rags, and silverware.
