DescriptionThis image depicts a high angle shot of two unidentified male employees working in the kitchen area of the Hilton Hotel at Second Street and Copper Avenue in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The kitchen consists of a large stove top, storage, a large metal food preparation area, and a rack of spoons hanging from the ceiling. Several large buckets can be seen sitting on the food prep area. Only the contents of one bucket are visible. This bucket is filled with foil wrapped baked potatoes. Both men are wearing light-colored chef uniforms. The man on the left is stacking plates on the upper section of the food prep area while the man on the right is standing in front of the stove looking at the large pots there. The floor of the kitchen is covered in light and dark colored tiles. On View
