DescriptionThis image depicts four unidentified men working in the kitchen area of the Hilton Hotel at Second Street and Copper Avenue in Albuquerque, New Mexico. All out men are working to plate food from large pots. Each man is wearing a light-colored chef's uniform and a light-colored chef's hat. The two men on the left side of the frame are scooping food from large pots with ladles. On the right side of the frame, the man closest to the camera is using an ice-cream scoop to put scoops of mashed potatoes onto plates. The man on the right that is furthest away from the camera is picking up a large wire rack with numerous plates full of food on it. He is the only man wearing thin rimless glasses and is looking directly at the camera. On View
