DescriptionThis is a 75-page manual filled with information about how to use a pressure cooker and recipes for a variety of foods including “Savory Rice,” “Rump Roast,” and “Hominy Au Gratin.” The paper is a peach color, with many stains as well as tape holding the spine together. On the front cover there is a decorative border along the edge which is made of one straight black line and many smaller brackets connected to each other lengthwise next to the straight line. The front cover of the cookbook reads "Good Housekeeping Institute", which is conducted by the Good Housekeeping Magazine and has their approval stamp. There is also the main title of the book at the middle-top of the page, and the location of the pressure cooker maker at the bottom. The maker is the "National Pressure Cooker Company" in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.On View
