DescriptionThis lighter promoted the Fred Harvey company's Alvarado Hotel in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The hotel was built in 1902 and was an iconic landmark of Albuquerques downtown until its demolition in 1970. Within its wide shape, a small outlined image of the Alvarado Hotel is displayed on the front of it. The roof of the hotel is red, and there is a small green tree that is poking out from behind the tower of the Alvarado Hotel. The words "HOTEL ALVARADO" are displayed on the front of the lighter, with "HOTEL" in black being placed right above the red "ALVARADO." At the bottom of the front face of the lighter, the words "ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO" are displayed running horizontally beneath the image of the hotel. The whole lighter is a metallic silver color, with very few visible scratches covering the whole thing. On the back of the lighter, the word "Greetings" is displayed in red in old English font, right above the name "Fred Harvey" in black, which is written in cursive.
