DescriptionFred Harvey's coffee can has a light brown colored logo of a Harvey Girl portrait around an orange background on a lithographed tin.The Harvey Girl was the nickname for the famous well-trained waitresses hired by the company to serve railroad passengers along the route. The Fred Harvey Company packaged its own coffee for use on its Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway service and the Harvey Houses along the railroad line, including Albuquerque's Alvarado Hotel.On View
