DescriptionThis object is a pair of Magill Forceps commonly used during ear, nose, and throat (ENT) procedures. The forceps have exceptionally long shanks, with a hinge located closer to the tip of the object. The jaws bend from the hinge at an approximate 90° angle and end in slightly widened, serrated, grasping jaws. There is no locking ratchet near the rings of the object. "MILTEX GERMANY STAINLESS" is stamped along the side of one of the shanks just above the hinge. On View
