DescriptionThis object is a bone gouge, used to remove portions of bone during a surgical operation. The top portion of the object is comprised of a half-cylindrical scoping blade with a large vertical hole in the center. The blade is attached by a long metal stem to a short, eight-sided base with numerous small horizontal perforations. Mild levels of corrosion are visible inside the blade.On View
