DescriptionPlate background is white with illustrated scenes of New Mexico history in green. Within the center circle of the plate is the San Felipe de Neri Church with lettering "Albuquerque's 250th Anniversary, 1706, July 4th-14th, 1956". Scenes of architecture, nature, and pottery from New Mexico surrounds the middle circle. A short written narrative about the origins of Albuquerque is on the reverse side.
