DescriptionA cylindrical black china marker used to mark newspaper copy. Thicker than a standard pencil, this marker is all black with white writing in the center. The writing indicates the maker of the pencil, penil type, and color. There is also cream stringy tape wrapped around the tip leaving just enough space for a blunt tipped end.On View
