DescriptionA black and white vignette-style portrait of a small dog, a pug, sitting on a chair at three-quarter profile facing towards the left frame. The dog, Roxie, had a light brown colored body, dark ears, and a dark muzzle. Roxy wore a linked metal collar with a tag at the front of its throat. The chair Roxie is sitting on has an elaborately embroidered textile covering it. Cursive handwriting on the photo above Roxie says, "Died Dec. 29 7:30 AM. Pease be to his little soul." At the bottom of the photo it says, "Roxie Brown. Poor little Roxie."On View
