DescriptionA street view of an intersection in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The streets are dirt and the sidewalks are wooden plank boardwalks. Single-story storefronts with fabric canopies line the roads with a two-story brick building at the end of the road has an advertisement for J.H. Hughes Saddles & Harness on the side of the building. Men and boys in bowler hats, slack suits, peacoats, and knickerbockers gather in the road, cross the street, and walk along the board walks. A covered carriage is pulled by two horses through the road. Barrels, boxes, and wooden wagon wheels are stacked along the boardwalk in front of the businesses.

Emulsion deterioration is occurring on the glass plate causing distortion and emulsion loss. The glass plate is broken in two pieces and is held together by tape.
