DescriptionStaff members of the Albuquerque Academy in Albuquerque, New Mexico, stand outside the Perkins Hall. Five women and one man stand in Perkins Hall brick exterior archway with a large dark door behind them. The women wear princess line style outfits composed of long sleeved and high neckline tops and long floor length skirts. The tailored bodices create an hour-glass silhouette. Their outfits have gigot puffed sleeves and the necklines contain frills, bows, and laces Their hair is pulled back. The man wears a lounge or sack suit jacket with a wide and long tie tucked into his vest. The Albuquerque Academy later became the Albuquerque Public Library now located on 423 East Central Avenue, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Silver mirroring and emulsion deterioration is occurring on the glass plate creating distortion and emulsion loss.
