DescriptionStaff members of the Albuquerque Academy in Albuquerque, New Mexico, stand outside Perkins Hall. Thirteen women and one man stand in Perkins Hall's brick exterior archway with a large dark door behind them. Some women wear princess-line outfits composed of long-sleeved and high neckline tops with floor length pleated skirts. The tailored bodices create an hour-glass silhouette. Their outfits have gigot puffed sleeves and the necklines contain frills and lace. Others are dressed in the shirtwaist style, with tailored blouses and unpleated long skirts with bows or frilled collars. All the women wear their hair pulled back into chignon buns. One man stands behind the group of women. He wears a lounge or slack suit jacket with a dark bowtie. He has a thick mustache and his hair is parted to the side and combed.
