DescriptionA studio portrait of Governor Edmund G. Ross after retirement at the Cobb Studio in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is an elderly man with a light-colored beard and mustache. His hair is short, parted to side and combed back. He wears a tuxedo with a white button down beneath and bowtie. His undershirt is puffed outward away from the body. He is seated at an angle, revealing his left side. Silver mirroring and emulsion deterioration is occurring on the glass plate creating color distortion and emulsion loss.
