DescriptionA studio portrait of Edmund Gibson Ross prior to his appointment as Territorial Governor through the U.S. Senate as a young man in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He poses in front of a blank background in a tuxedo and satin bowtie. His short hair is parted to the side and set back. Emulsion flaking is occurring on the glass plate causing distortion and emulsion loss.
