    DescriptionScott Moore Hose Company firefighters stand outside of Company No. 1 building. They are dressed in their uniforms and standing in two rows. The five men standing in the front row have their arms crossed and those in the back row do not. There are two men holding the ropes of a two wheeled fire hose cart. On the cart are two young girls and the cart is decorated with American flags and flowers.
    Williams E. Rogers is marked with an "X" on the frame. He is the first man standing in the front row, on the left.
