DescriptionWilliam E. Rogers stands beside a sampling table at the Albuquerque Wool Scouring Mill at 2 North Mountain Road. The office and sampling room has a patterned linoleum floor, wood paneled walls and a window with a dark patterend curtain. There is a roll-top desk with a type writer, a wall telephone and phone directory attached to the wall near the doorway, and a table with an adding machine. Rogers stands beside a table of wool samples, divided into four sample piles. The curtain over the window behind the samples overlooks the scouring room of the mill. Rogers worked as the bookkeeper for the mill.(See also PA1975.063.894)
