DescriptionThis object is a two-pronged medical tuning fork used to assess for hearing loss or nerve damage. Two rectangular weights sit at the top of the prongs. "C / 128" is stamped at the convergence of the two prongs and the object's handle. Mild to moderate levels of rust are visible around one stem and on one side of the junction.On View
