DescriptionDr. Martin Luther King, Jr. speaks to the crowd at the Lincoln Memorial during the March on Washington in this close-up black and white photograph. Only Dr. King's head is visible in the photograph. The photograph was taken moments after King's "I Have A Dream" speech, and he is looking towards the right of the viewer, and his eyes are cast down. His hair is cut short and there is a light shining from above that highlights his forehead, eyes, nose, and lips. The background beyond him is completely dark.On View
