DescriptionThis object is a ceramic, hand-held whistle shaped to resemble a gourd. The object has a spherical body with a gourd-like stem emerging from the top. A cylindrical mouthpiece emerges from the side of the body, just below a small hole. An additional small hole is located on the opposite side of the object, allowing air to pass through. The entire object is coated in a black glaze.
