DescriptionThis steel object is comprised of plier-like handles and two operating arms consisting of metal loops. The handles are squeezed together to operate the device, and have a decorative cross-stitch pattern engraved on their exteriors. The operating arms connect to the handles at a 90° angle. A small thumb screw is located near the hinge that can be operated to lock the positioning of the object in place. Moderate to heavy levels of rust are prevalent across the object.On View
