DescriptionThis rectangular cardboard box contains a New Mexico-themed bingo game designed by the Lucy Hammett company. The cover features a white background with a brown border outlining the shape of New Mexico. The title, “New Mexico Bingo,” appears in large turquoise letters in the center, with a small red chile pepper graphic below. Surrounding the title are colorful illustrations depicting New Mexico’s cultural and natural landmarks, including Taos Pueblo, the Palace of the Governors, the Burning of Zozobra, and Carlsbad Caverns. The game is designed to educate players about the state's history, geography, and traditions through a classic bingo format. The back of the box provides instructions for play, detailing the inclusion of six different game boards, a deck of 42 illustrated cards, and bingo chips. It also features a simple map of New Mexico, marking key locations such as Albuquerque, White Sands, and Shiprock. The game covers categories such as “People,” “Places,” “History,” and “Wildlife.”
