DescriptionThis image depicts several boulders made of volcanic rock a sitting at the edge of a mesa in or near Albuquerque, New Mexico. These rocks are mainly black and porous but do have sections of an unknown white substance on them. The rocks line what appears to be a pathway leading near the edge of the mesa. In the background, the mesa's foothills, a portion of Albuquerque, a portion of the Bosque forest, and a section of the Sandia Mountains can be seen.On View
