DescriptionA single-story adobe house at Isleta Pueblo with a hand-hewn water trough to the right and a gate on the left. A Pueblo woman sits near the adobe wall around the house and holds a light-colored blanket or dress in her lap. Her legs are covered in a light-colored wrapping. To her left stands an Anglo man in a suit, tie, starched white collar, and a bowler hat. He has a groomed mustache. Ristras hang from the roof down the front of the home.
