Seventh from the right is Ray Sulzer and eighth from right is Wright Granger. The group is dressed in matching single or double-breasted jackets with circular metal buttons. There are badges pined to the left side of the jackets They wear high, indented crowned, wide-brimmed hats. Some hold hoses, ropes, pipes or a flag.
