DescriptionHeadquarters of the Atlanta & Pacific Railroad, a division of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe (AT&SF), in the Albuquerque Yards at Second Street and Atlantic Avenue in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is a large, two-story building with a peaked roof and at least four chimney stacks. A large wrap-around porch with pillars but no railing lines the exterior of the building. Two people in hats and slack suits sit on the porch with their legs crossed. They have their hands in their pockets or between the legs. They sit with their legs hanging off the porch, resting on the sagging front steps.

To the right is a person with a two-team horse-drawn cart. The person stands on the porch with the wagon cart pulled up alongside it, he unloads a white bundle, wears a fedora, slack or lounge suit and tie. The cart is painted with, "0222 WELLS. FARGO J. CO's EXPRESS." along the side.

There is a young, newly planted tree to the side of the building with no leaves. The yard surrounding is dirt a barren.

Emulsion deterioration is occurring on the glass plate causing distortion and emulsion loss in the image.
