DescriptionA gouache study for a weaving collaboration. The background alternates between green and yellow horizontal shapes, preceded by stocks of yellow bamboo. Small letters throughout the design denote different types of materials. Surrounding the composition are the artist's notes about design. Above the composition a series of letters denotes the types of materials that will be woven into the tapestry. Right of the composition are notes about the details of color of the bamboo. Below the composition is a swatch of colors used throughout the drawing. The bottom of the sheet is stamped, "ORIGINAL".On View
