DescriptionThis colored aerial map of Rotterdam, Netherlands, is in pink, green, and yellow. In the upper right corner, there is a drawn frame, and inside of it. At the bottom of the frame, there is an illustration of Neptune or Poseidon holding a trident. Above the frame, Minerva or Athena sits, with Justice holding scales behind her. To the left of Minerva is Mercury or Hermes, holding a caduceus. There is an angel above this group blowing a trumpet and holding another trumpet in their other hand. In the upper left corner of the map, inside a white box, is a numbered key corresponding to places on the map. Across the bottom of the page, there is a black and white, eye-level illustration of the city with the harbor in the foreground. Windmills are visible.
